City's most beautiful ride
This year's Tour de Lakes Tom
Logan Memorial Ride was the most successful
ride to date! The weather could not have
been better and the number of riders nearly
tripled over last year! Riders from
all of the Kansas City metro area rode and
proceeds went to benefit the Open Arms
Foundation and Longview Foundation.
Mark your calendars for 2008.
Riders Donna Swift and Gary Young said,
"We'd do it again! People were so
friendly, the ride smooth and we averaged
16.8 miles an hour." "I had a lot of
fun. I'll look forward to riding again
next year," was Ron Hicks response of Lee's
Summit Sunrise Rotary Club.
